Great view from balcony, clean room. Good location near beach and shopping district.
Staff was rude and unhelpful. Food was repetitive and not very tasty.

Timeout Kumkoy, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. Unique base for a city break in Side! Location was within 15 min walking distance to side crown palace beach.

Free parking on site was provided. Kumkoy district was worth staying in. We appreciated Side Royal Paradise. Area is near the sites like mall of side within 10 minutes walk...

Had a great time over Easter holiday in Turkey. The hotel offered a variety of food options and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was great, just a short walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants nearby. The family room was spacious and had comfortable beds.
The room did have a bit of a musty smell and the Wi-Fi in the lobby was slow at times.
